Is the free plan really free? What's the catch?
Yes, the free plan, is really free. If you can work with the restrictions in free plan (no VMS, Career Website, Mass Mailing or Integrations; only 10 Jobs and 1000 candidates), you don’t have to pay us a dime, ever! So there’s no catch, there are only a few restrictions.
How does the Job and Candidate restrictions in free plan work?
In the free plan, at any given point of time you cannot have more than 10 jobs and 1000 candidates. But we don’t stop you from deleting existing jobs and candidates and adding new ones. So if you have used up 10 jobs, you can simply delete existing jobs and keep adding new jobs. And you can do the same with candidates.
Do you have a free trial period?
Yes, we have a 15 days trial period for all accounts either free or paid. So when you signup with us you get a free trial account by default. But you have the option of converting your trial account to the paid account at any time during the trial period.
Are there any restrictions in the trial account?
Yes there are. But not in terms of features. Only for the number of Jobs and Candidates that you get to add. The trial account gives you access to all the features of RecruitX. But you can only add max 10 Jobs and 1000 candidates. And that, we think, is a good enough number to help you make up your mind about whether you want to pay up or not.
What happens after the 15 days trial period?
Once you trial period expires, your account will either downgrade to the free account (if you have not subscribed yet) or will continue to be a fully featured, full access account (if you have subscribed for monthly or annual pricing), till the time your subscription continues.
Do you have automatic subscription renewal or do I have to make the payment every month (or year) manually?
Once you have subscribed to the paid plan and added your credit card in your account, renewal of your subscription will happen automatically as per your billing cycle (monthly or annually), unless you cancel your subscription.
What happens if I cancel my subscription before my billing cycle completion?
You can cancel your subscription at any point during your billing cycle. But since you would have already paid for the current cycle, your paid subscription will continue till the end of your current cycle. Once the billing cycle is over your account (and all its data) will be permanently deleted from our system.
Can I reactivate my account after cancelling my subscription?
Yes, you can. But only till the last day of your billing cycle. Once your billing cycle is over and you have not renewed your subscription, you will lose your account and all its associated users and data permanently.
What If I want to add a new user in my account in the middle of the billing cycle?
In this case you will have to make an additional payment for the new user, on pro rata basis for the number of remaining days till the next billing cycle. And from next billing cycle your subscription will include additional users as well and you will be charged accordingly.
What cards do you accept for payment?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Star and TeleCheck among others.
