Full Stack Developer

We need a solid technical-engineers for both the front and back-end.  The the right person will be passionate, versatile, display leadership qualities, build teams, and be ready to tackle new problems across the full-stack, or specialize in the front or backend.  The ideal candidate is looking for an opportunity to jump into a startup and help us scale our product.



What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of work or educational experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.

  • Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, C/C++, and/or Java.

  • Previous experience with Jira, Scrum, React.JS, GraphQL, Restful APIs, SendGrid Azure Databases, PostgreSQL, Docker Containerized Development, Kubernetes

  • Relevant work experience, including software development experience.


QA- Test Manager

We need someone who understands business, plus can balance speed and quality to help us manually test, create and identify issues with our software. As well as prepare the appropriate test data management strategy to ensure data is available for testing and all functions are working properly before code is released into production environments. The ideal candidate is a stickler for detail and is looking for an opportunity to jump into a startup and help us scale our product.



What You'll Do:

  • The Test Analyst role is to execute and validate manual and automated test cases based upon system requirements and identify and document defects when performing test execution.

  • The Test Analyst will assist in the planning, design, debugging and execution of testing.

  • A qualified candidate will possess 1+ years’ experience in software testing 

  • Experience using agile and testing management tools required (JIRA, ALM, etc.)

  • Accurately assess and quantify the business and technical risks associated with the software under test, and effectively communicate risks to project stakeholders

  • Expert in agile methodologies, and testing lifecycle processes

Product Manager


Right now, our hiring team is looking for a Technical Product Manager who, under general direction, will create user-centered design solutions that features ease of use, employs best-in-class interaction design, and optimize the user experience. The Product

Manager will work with business, technical, and customer success leads   to   understand   the   business   vision, objectives   and transformation plans to help identify opportunities for competitive advantage. The Product Manager needs to be able to analyze Qualitative and Quantitative data by performing complex analysis to improve our operational metrics and estimates of the value created for our customers.


What You’ll Do:

  • Product Strategy - Own the product roadmap with a focus on customer/client expectation to help define new functions and features - Drive prioritization of large product initiatives to ensure development resources are focused on highest value items on the product roadmap·

  • Evaluate market competition and utilize research to position/reposition our product

  • Obtain and maintain a full understanding of our target demographic needs

  • Manage the product development lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond

  • Actively conduct a gap analysis of different solutions (both internal and external) and identify the best path forward

  • Create product design deliverables for both mobile and web-based applications

  • Present projects and status reports to team leadership

  • Translate content into user scenarios, flows and diagrams

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like business development, customer experience, product marketing teams and engineering teams to bring new product features to market

  • Design product requirements and user stories both simple and complex for user-facing workflows and user interface design, wire-framing, that includes data analysis of user research.

  • Project management using agile methodologies to clear obstacles to the team completing work. Managing sprints to ensure the team meets daily to discuss current tasks and roadblocks

  • Team Engagement - Become immersed in the Industry

  • Get involved with company-wide meetings and outings


What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, or Information Systems is required (Master’s preferred)

  • Experience with Machine Learning and Data Analysis/Visualization techniques is required Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on   experience in software development and web technologies is a MUST

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Sales Development Rep


The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will help to grow TalentNow revenue by generating sales leads through calls/emails/social media, etc. As an SDR at TalentNow, you will lead the discovery process and book introduction calls and demos for the sales team, all while perfecting your pitch on what makes TalentNow the thought leader in the space.  This is a salaried position with the ability to earn bonuses as TalentNow revenue grows.

What you'll do:

  • Being the first point of contact for new business prospects, primarily thru cold calling via calls/emails/social media/etc.

  • Moving prospects through the top of the sales funnel, by setting appointments with the sales team.

  • Checking in with prospects who missed their scheduled introduction/demo.

  • Rescheduling introductions/demos with clients who weren't able to show at their previously scheduled time.

  • Identifying key decision makers within these prospects.

  • Updating TalentNow's sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo) with the up-to-date information

  • Coordinating with the Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline.

  • Honing your craft as a salesperson to be an exception SDR.

  • Uncover ways TalentNow might improve processes or products that add value to our clients.

  • Work closely with other departments and as a team member when required.
