The recently launched Performance Management system provides a comprehensive representation of the individual potential and performance. We follow a bi-annual Performance Appraisal model since we feel it’s very important that there is a constant dialogue with our people to get an insight on self performance and organizational expectations. The constant fortnightly discussions, termed INFOCUS, also give you a chance to interact with your superiors regarding any work-related concerns.
