Launched in February 1998, we are today a key member of the EDS Best Shore SM organization, a global delivery strategy to provide a comprehensive range of high-quality and cost-competitive services from targeted offshore and near-shore locations. This largest single application delivery unit comprises facilities located at Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, NOIDA, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Mangalore.

Our capabilities include a high level of maturity in software development, Aplications maintenance, modernization, integration and rationalization, CRM applications, Enterprise Applications Integration, Mobile Applications and assessment in a range of technical platforms spread over a variety of functional areas. We have a rich experience in offshore migration with a proven migration model and an acclaimed Service Excellence and Metrics programme, and have exceeded its financial targets, year after year.

We have been designated as Centres of Expertise for several technology capabilities under the EDS Global Delivery Model. On an individual scale, several of our employees have achieved global recognition for the contributions and innovations.

The entire delivery unit was assessed at SEI CMMI Level 5 in February 2004, earning the distinction of being the first EDS organization to achieve this milestone of quality excellence. In April 2007, we again became the first EDS entity to be assessed for CMMI Level 5 on the latest CMMI model version 1.2. We are also certified to ISO 9001:2000 standards.

Over the last few years, we have consistently and successfully implemented a highly efficient offshore delivery model cohesively integrated with the on-site client facing team. Our continuously improving model of 80% offshore and 20% onshore staffing has won unanimous accolades and has been a key strategic factor in EDS wins.
